EpigenCentral is developed in collaboration between The Centre for Computational Medicine and the Weksberg Lab at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. EpigenCentral (Turinsky et al., 2020, doi: 10.1002/humu.24076 ) is a freely available web resource for analysis of DNA methylation data in rare neurodevelopmental disorders. Without prior knowledge of DNA methylation analysis tool, users can upload raw files to i) perform exploratory analysis to identify a DNA methylation signature or ii) classify variants using established machine learning–based classifiers for neurodevelopmental disorders. The latter is possible since EpigenCentral houses all the signatures published by the Weksberg lab.
